Anne Kidd B.Sc. D.PodM   M.Ch.S
Anne Kidd BSc. Pod. M.Ch.S. HCPC Regd. graduated with distinction in 1996 from Glasgow Caledonian University. Initially she practiced within the NHS before going on to develop her own successful private practice in Kilmarnock.  Anne was an associate of Marchmont Podiatry since 2008 and assumed ownership and management in Dec 2014.
Anne is actively involved in Continued Professional Development (CPD). In 2014 she initiated a new training company specialising in the provision of CPD to health care professionals. Anne is a past chair of the Private Practice Forum - Scotland and is determined to provide training and demonstrate a strong commitment to continued learning in order to remain at the cutting edge of the podiatry profession. 

Anne introduced Podiatric Acupuncture treatment, as a means of pain control, to the practice in 2009.


Claire McTrusty B.Sc. Pod  M.Ch.S
Claire qualified in 1993 with a degree in Podiatric Medicine.  She is a member of the College of Podiatry and HCPC registered.  Claire has been working within the NHS for 22 years, gaining experience with foot health care, diagnosis,  treatment and advice. (Dementia friendly).


John McCall D.PodM, MHS(cert)  M.Ch.S
John provides a Saturday morning podiatry service to the practice and has done so over the last 15 years.  He also practices podiatric acupuncture and like his colleagues at Marchmont Podiatry has an interest in biomechanics and nail surgery.  During the week John is employed within the NHS podiatry service specialising in diabetic care.


Robert C Shaw  F.PodMed.  D.PodM   M.Sc.  M.Ch.S
Robert Shaw has now retired from podiatry. He established the practice in 1980 and is still a welcome visitor.
His particular interest was in the field of biomechanics and orthotic therapy. Formerly a Senior teacher at the Glasgow School of Chiropody and elected to the Fellowship of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine and General Practice in 2008, he also holds both the Meritorious Award and an Honorary Vice-Presidency of his professional organisation (the College of podiatry).  In 2012  he was elected as a founding Fellow of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine within the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
